Mission
Working in partnership with parents and community, the Brooklyn Excelsior Charter School mission is to become one of the finest elementary and middle schools in the country. We offer a challenging, character-based education through a rigorous curriculum with high academic and social expectations. Our school prioritizes the academic program and instructional time so each student reads, computes, and writes at or above grade level. We expect our students to master basic skills and realize their full potential in preparation for higher education and adulthood.
